摘要

Abstract

A SERS - actives sliver mirror was prepared with ammoniacal sliver solution and glucose. Studies of the scanning probe microscopey ( SPM) on the silver mirror substrate indicated that the Ag particles were uniform and the size distribution ranged from 100 to 500nm which suited for SERS measurement. SERS spectra of the malachite green with an enhancement factor 3. 810 were measured. The substrate was used to collect the SERS spectra of sudan I . The feature frequency shifts of raman spectra which revealedthe toxicity of sudan I were analyzed. In conclusion that the SERS technology is much convenient and powerful enough to be a good choice for detecting sudan dyes.
