摘要
Abstract
At present,food safety is concerned by the whole society,which has been becoming the bottleneck of he rapid development of agro-industry in China.Interests of the final game between enterprise,administrative departments and the consumers can be summed up as the game between interests and moral,which was one of the most fundamental reasons leading to food safety problems.It would be one effective way to raise the level of food safety and to settle the safety problems if the moral restraint mechanism of food safety management would be set up.关键词
