Expression Study of Icariin on Function and RLF mRNA Expression in the Rat Ovaries
摘要
Abstract
【Objective】 To study the effects of icariin on function and RLF mRNA expression in the rat ovaries and to discuss the regulation mechanism of icariin on function of the rat ovary.【Method】 Rats were fed with various of ICA for 30d,the level of estradiol were detected by immunohistochemistry,and the expression of RLF mRNA was detected by RT-PCR.【Result】 ICA could increase the rat weight,promote rat ovaries growth,and improve estradiol secretion,but estrus cycle was right.【Conclusion】 ICA could improve female production function by up regulation.关键词
