Processing Technology of Evening Primrose Leaf Tea
摘要
Abstract
The leaf of evening primrose as the material, evening primrose tea was made by cleaning, green removing, color protec- tion, rolling and drying. By controling the temperature of heating, the concentration of NaCl and the temperature of drying factors, the best processing technology was determined. Blanching at 95℃, color protection by 1% sodium chloride solution and drying temperature at 90℃ could get the best quality of evening primrose leaf tea.关键词
