摘要
Abstract
To solve the problem of quality accident of shortage of carton box at filling and sealing machines in cigarette making and packing workshop,trace the process and product quality,a carton box absent packets detecting and sorting out system with weighing technology of SIWAREX FTA is designed in the paper. After analyzing the reason and compare the solution,Barcode,Siemens S7 300 PLC,SIWAREX FTA and weighing modules are used in the system to build an integrated weighing system which implements the quick measure on line to improve the traditional weigh solution with the disadvantage of leak and mistake detecting. This system can effectively reduce the accident of shortage of carton box and offer the true evidence for the cogni-zance of the accident. The quality of the product can also be tracked and traced.关键词
