The Practice Innovation about Students'Free Education of Directional Employment in Provincial Normal University

Abstract
The shortage of high-quality teachers in basic education, which is a long-standing problem in underdeveloped areas of China, is one of the constraints in the basic education fairness. Grounded on realities of situation "four in one" and the training & employment mechanism of normal school students, Yunnan Normal University took actions in the normal students' free education of directional employment in 2008. It offers successful experiences for promoting the balanced development of basic education in deepening the reform of teacher education in provincial normal university in the new time ; solving students'problems in tuition; guiding and encouraging graduates to work to meet the social needs; and relieving the pressure of lack of excellent teachers of basic education in areas under harsh conditions.关键词
