摘要

Abstract

This research is inquiring into the quality of teaching learning group leader as teacher leaders in secondary school in Beijing. The finding is that the quality of teaching learning group leader touch basic level, but it is not enough satisfied by teachers and by group leaders themselves. The key quality they absence is that Teacher Leadership and correspondence quality that need. The reason is that the school administrative system, half professional and half administration character of the organization, and not enough training to the teaching learning group leader.
