摘要

Abstract

The study was to investigate the optimal technological parameters of the separation and purification process of black peanut skin pigment (BPSP) macroporous resin. The macroporous resin AB-8 had been selected from 8 kinds of carriers by static adsorption and desorption test. And the effect of the work solution concentration, absorption velocity, work solution volume, volume of distilled water and ethanol, concertration of ethanol on the absorption and desorption of AB-8 macroporous resin by the adsoiption result and eluting rate of BPSP were evaluated. The AB-8 macroporous resin had the best separating efficiency under the following technological conditions: work solution concentration of 2.0mg·mL-1; absorption velocity of 1.5mL·min-1; maximum absorption capacity of BPSP of 4 times to the volume of macroporous resin. The volume of distilled water was 5 times as the volume of macroporous resin. The concertration of ethano] was 70% (4 times as the volume of macroporous resin). The color value increased by 32.80% .This method is simple and feasible with good purification effect, which meet industrial requirements.
