Slope Instability Risk Analysis of Earth-rock Dams Based on Nonlinear Shear Strength Indices
摘要
Abstract
In order to analyze the instability risk of earth-rock dam slopes accurately and reasonably, the uncertainty and non-linearity of shear strength indices were considered together to calculate the risk of slope instability. Then, slope instability risk analysis based on nonlinear shear strength indices was applied to Chaihe Reservoir dam. The results showed that the slope instability risk degree of Chaihe reservoir dam was 0.976x10-4, which illustrated that the slope stability of Chaihe Reservoir dam is in the permitted threshold interval, but tends to unallowed risk slightly. Thus, it is suggested that more attention should be payed on the slope stability of Chaihe Reservoir dam.关键词
