从三叶草中提取叶绿素的工艺研究

Abstract
Chlorophyll is a kind of natural, safe, non - toxic pigment. Its structure is very similar to red pigment in the blood of human and most animals. It has many physiological functions, widely used in pharmaceutical industry, food industry, daily industrial and clinical and other industries. With increasingly social needs, how to simply and effectively extract chlorophyll has become the important research. The chlorophyll from clover was extracted by acetone and were measured by spectrophotometer. The effect of raw material, extraction solvent, extraction temperature, extraction time, solid to liquid ratio on the extraction were investigated by single factor and orthogonal experiment. The result showed that the order of significant factors was: solid to liquid ratio > extraction temperature> extraction time; the optimum extraction parameters were; the extraction solvent acetone, solid to liquid ratio 1 : 15 , extraction temperature 55°C , extraction time 4h. Under the above conditions, the absorbance in wavelength 652nm was the highest.关键词
