高效液相荧光法对5种罐装食品模拟物中双酚类化合物的迁移分析
Analysis of Bisphenol A-related Compounds Migration Level in Five Food Cans Simulants by HPLC-FLD

Abstract
BPA and its derivatives are endocrine disrupting chemicals (EDCs), they migrate from the can lacquers into food content. In this paper, a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC-FLD) method for simultaneous determination of 14 bisphenol A-related compounds from food simulants has been explored. The linear range was 10~1 000 ng/ mL for 14 bisphenol A-related compounds with the good linear relation, and the correlation coefficients was 0.9993~ 0.9999. The limit of detection (LOD) were 1.86~3.44 ng/mL for all analytes respectively, the recoveries of blank samples spiked at three levels were 70.46%~103.44%, and both the inter and intra relative standard deviation(RSD)< 10%. Finally, this method was applied in determining of these bisphenol A-related compounds migration level in 5 food simulants.关键词
