China's Food Safety Emergency Management Learning from the Britain and the United States Response to Mad Cow Disease Incident

Abstract
Based on the analysis of the law of food safety risk perception of consumers, combining with the success and failure experi- ence of the UK and the U. S. response to mad cow disease incident, we summarized the key elements of food safety emergency management, and made policy recommendations to improve China's food safety emergency management.关键词
