Effects of Allium sativum Extract on Immunity Function in Mice
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the effects of AUium sativum extract (ASE) on immunity function in mice. [Method] Healthy KM mice were randomly divided into 4 groups including blank group [ 0. 1 mL distilled water /10 ( g · bw ) ], ASE high dosage group [900 mg/(kg ~ bw)], ASE middle dosage group [600 mg/(kg · bw)] and ASE low dosage group [300 mg/ (kg · bw] . Each group of 10 were intragastrically administered continuously once every day for 14d. [Result] ASE could the phagocytic function of macrophages in nor- mal mice (P 〈0. 05 ) and the weight of immune organs had improved. [Conclusion] ASE can enhance the immunity function of normal mice.关键词
