Abstract
A method for the simultaneous determination of As,Pb,Cu, Zn, Fe and Sn in herbal tea by ICP-MS with microwave digestion
was studied. The herbal tea sample was digested in microwave system and the elements were determined by ICP-MS under optimum conditions.
The linear range of the calibration curve was 0～100.0 μg/L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9999. The detection limits were in the range of
9～55 ng/L. Recoveries of the elements from the spiked herbal tea sample were of 93%-106%, and the RSD was less than 2.1%. The proposed
method was easy to perform.
