Anti-fatigue effect of Platycodon grandiflorum extract on mice
摘要
Abstract
To study the anti-fatigue effect of Platycodon grandiflorum extract. 50 male mice of KM were randomly divided into blank controller group ,ASS controller group, high dose group,middle dose group and low dose group. Every dose were administered to the mice for three weeks,with feeding the deionized water as blank controller group. The weights in each group of mice were measured every three days. The climbing time, swimming time, hepatic glycogen content and muscle glycogen content in each group of mice were measured after three weeks. Conclusion was determined that Platycodon grandiflorum alcohol extract had obvious anti- fatugue function.关键词
