Abstract
Ferulic acid sugar esters as important physiologically active substances are widely used in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and other fields. In this paper, firstly, experimental mice models were established and the low molecular weight of ferulic acid sugar esters collected from corn bran were offered by tintragastric administration to the mice; the feces and appendix were collected and the strain of bifidobacterium was isolated from them; finally, lipotei-choic acid was extracted from the Bifidobacteria. And then the effects of low molecular weight of ferulic acid sugar esters on LTA were analyzed. The results showed that low molecular weight of ferulic acid sugar esters from corn bran could increase the content of lipoteichoic acid.关键词
