杨梅果实采后抗氧化能力与内源激素关系研究
The Relationship between Antioxidant Activity and Endogenous Hormones of Postharvest Chinese Bayberry Fruit

Abstract
In order to explore the relationship between antioxidant activity and endogenous hormones of postharvest Chinese bayberry fruit(Myrica rubra Sieb. Et Zucc. Cv Fenghong), the effect of fruit maturities (unripe and ripe) on color, antioxidant properties, and endogenous hormones were investigated as Chinese bayberry fruit stored at(10±0.5)℃. Results showed that the respiratory rate, ethylene production, and vitamin C content decreased during storage period. CIRG value, total anthocyanin and phenolic contents increased with advancing maturity, and the antioxidant activity of Chinese bayberry fruit was promoted with the increase of anthocyanin and phenolic contents. CIRG value was positively correlated with total anthocyanin accumulation in Chinese bayberry fruit of different maturities, and fruit antioxidant activity was also positively related to the increase of total anthocyanin and phenolic during storage. The decrease of IAA and GA3 contents enhanced the sensitivity to ABA and ethylene of postharvest Chinese bayberry fruit, lead to the increase of physiology response low concentration ethylene, and finally resulted in promoting anthocyanin accumulation and antioxidant activity improvement.关键词
