活性炭吸附木二糖的参数研究
The Adsorption Capacity of Xylobiose on Activated Carbons
摘要
Abstract
Seperating Xylobiose from Xylo-oligosaccharide through active carbon as adsorbing medium, u-sing water and ethanol to eluate and survey reduding sugars and total sugars contents and draw the adsorption. By calculating it told that; the adsorbing power of the column piece-rate was 66. 7% ,maximal adsorption was 60mL. This experiment take Xylobiose as index detected the ethanol and water eluting solution by using high performance liquid chromatography, which show that we could obtained Xylobiose by 10% ethanol eluting关键词
