摘要

Abstract

The essential oil were extracted by microwave assisted hydro- distillation ( MAHD) and the volatile components were analyzed by gas chromatography- mass spectrometry ( GC- MS) and their structures were identified by the comparison of mass spectrum combined with retention index.The scavenging activities of essential oil from flowers of Gardenia jasminoides on DPPH · and ABTS+ · were detected by UV-Vis spectrophotometry, taking Vc as control group.The results showed that 51 compounds were identified,which accounted for 86.9% of total volatile components, the main constituents were linalool (21.09%), camphene (7.25%), α- caryophyllene (6.49%) ,geraniol(5.72%) ,α-farnesene(5.35%)et al;the oils possessed good scavenging activities on DPPH ? and ABTS+·,and IC50 of it were 6.26 and 11.58μg/mL.
