比色法测定不同产地黑豆皮中总黄酮的含量
Determination of total flavonoids in black soybean seed coat from different regions by colorimetric method

Abstract
Objective:To determine the flavonoids content in black soybean seed coat from eight different regions by colormetric method. Methods: Colormetric method was used to determine the total flavonoid contents in black soybeen seed coat from diferent regions at wavelength 510nm by taking rutin as standard substance, and Al( NO4)3 as chromogenic reagenLThe optimum extraction process of total flavonoids in black soybean seed coat was selected for ensure accuracy of the results.Results:The linear equation was Y = 12×-0.0009(R2 =0.9999) ,and the calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.003~0.057mg/mL.The average recovery was 104.6%.The contents of total flavonoids in black soybean seed coat from different regions were 6.873%~ 17.17%. Conclusion; The method was simple and rapid.The result showed that different origin of the content was quite different,with higher levels of Shanxi and Anhui.关键词
