摘要

Abstract

The soybean milk was treated by eight sorbents respectively to removal the purine . The effect of active carbon was more outstanding according to the experimental results. Determine the effect on removal ratio for each factor by way of single factor experiment, the removal ratio of adenine reached maximum when the active carbon concentration was 1. 5 g/L. pH value was 6. 0, standing for 60 minutes at the constant temperature of 60 ℃. The verification experiment results were acquired and the removal ratio of adenine in the soybean milk reached 48. 878%. The method filled the technology gaps of purine removal in soybean milk in our country, which had a high significance and application value.
