Abstract
In order to use the return permeability as a indicators, based on the result of single factor study, four factors and three levels of response surface analysis in tobacco stem production process Pretreatment process parameters were researched on the return permeability and the effect of optimum parameter configuration. The result showed that several factors affect the return permeability significantly, including the time of the tobacco stem storage, the time of the tobacco stem immersion, the temperature of the steam moisture, the temperature of the immersion, the establishment of two regression equations, significant and effective model. And the optimal production process were as followed: the tobacco stalk soak time 70 s, the tobacco stalk soaking temperature 60 ℃ , the tobacco stalk storage time 3. 5 h, the tobacco stalk moisture temperature 60 ℃. In this condition, the return permeability is the hightest.关键词
