摘要

Abstract

The main point of food safety is quality and the key is to clarify food companies' social responsibility. Recycling or reusing the overdue food, overusing food additive, abusing illegal additive, adulterating the quality, producing or selling fake productions are the several most significant appearances of unethical food companies. Therefore, it is very urgent to build food companies' ethics. Use independent supervisal institutions, supervisory controlling productive process of food materials, strengthen companies' inner supervision, improve ethics building of food companies, value food producers' ethics education, establish and improve food recall system, these can be an important and useful way to strengthen building food companies' ethics.
