摘要

Abstract

Pharmacokinetics and residues of metabolite of nitrofura-zone(semicarbazide, SEM) were investigated in Penaeus vannamei, under experimental field conditions at (28±2)℃ after oral multi-dose administration (30 mg/kg). The concentrations of SEM in plasma and tissues were determined by using high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS) after liquid-liquid extraction and analyzed by software of WinNonlmS. 2 and Excel 2010. Compartmental analysis showed that the half-life of absorption (t1/2 K01), distribution (t 1/2α) and elimination (t 1/2β) were 0. 695, 2. 567 and 47. 603 h, respectively. Non-compartmental analysis based on statistical moment theory showed that the mean residence time (MRT) of SEM in plasma, muscle, gill, hepatopancreas and intestine were 34. 424, 49.281, 39,178, 32. 390 and 35. 17 h, respectively. At the 2th day post-treatment, the SEM half-lives of elimination phase in muscle, plasma, gill, hepatopancreas and intestine were 11. 75, 8. 88, 8. 66, 5. 37 and 4. 71 d, respectively. The results of experimentation indicated that absorption and distribution of SEM in Penaeus vannamei were fast and wide, but eifmination was slow.
