摘要

Abstract

The control in concentration of solubility solution usually used off-line measuring method. This bring the great difficult for real-time control of concentration. For this, method that combined of cascade and ratio control is proposed. By the sugar water concentration to be the model object, the level and flow for cascade control, and the secondary steam amount and dilute fluid amount for ratio control. The temperature, pressure and concentrate for single loop control. The concentration is controlled by the combine method. The results show that the control method is stable and effective, and reach the expected effect, and it provides a valuable reference of solubility solution control.
