摘要
Abstract
Electron beam irradiation as a cold sterilization technology, which has no leakage of radioactive nuclear and other safety issues, can be used as an alternative technology of γ- radiation source. The paper reports its principle, technical superiority, application in the field of food preservation, including meat, fruits and vegetables and aquatic products and also outlined the impact of electron beam irradiation technology for food quality.关键词
