摘要

Abstract

Surface-enhanced Raman scattering spectroscopy(SERS) is a very effective tool for detecting the interface character and interaction of molecules, and sample detection limit can be up to 10 orders of magnitude. This article introduces the principle of the Surface-enhanced Raman spectrum, the preparing methods of active base and key technology, summarizes the research process of the surface-enhanced Raman spectra in pesticide residues, and analyzes the advantage and shortage, raised Surface-enhanced Raman Spectroscopy in pesticide residue in the direction of development.
