Effect of Corn Stalk Returning to Soil on Soil Water Content, Bulk Density and Corn Yields in Semiarid Area of Western Liaoning Province
摘要
Abstract
The effects of on different doses of straw returning to the deep soil in semiarid region of western Liaoning Province soil moisture content, bulk density, growth and yield of maize were studied. The results showed that the yields of the lands with residual returning of 6000, 12000, 18000 and 24000kg·hm-2, with increases of 7.60%, 9.40%,7.80% and 4.51%, respectively, The treatment of 12000kg·hm-2 exhibited the best effect on soil moisture retention and bulk density. Returning straw to deep soil can raise water use efficiency, improve soil structure and decrease the soil bulk density. It also can promote the growth of maize and increase the yield of corn.关键词
