Abstract
To enhance battle effectiveness of underwater weapon warheads, we analyze the factors influencing battle effectiveness formation in accordance with the three basic requirements for forming battle effectiveness. The methods and ways for forming and enhancing battle effectiveness in the fields, such as personnel training, warhead development, support and guarantee, and daily military training, are presented. Some suggestions about the mode and content of college education and army training are offered. The decision-making from top management layer in development phase, optimally utilizing information, and further promoting "generalization, serialization, and combination" are talked. Moreover, the whole process of program, implementation and application for enhancing battle effectiveness formation is considered, and some corresponding suggestions are offered.关键词
