摘要

Abstract

Using barley bran as a raw material, soluble crude polysaccharose (SCP) was produced by alkaline extraction and ethanol precipitation. According to the Box - Benhnken center united experimental design principles based on the single factor tests, the method of response surface analysis with 3 factors and 3 levels were adopted, the regression e-quation between the factors and the yield of SCP was established, and the optimum conditions were; temperature 72℃, pH8. land time 2h. Under this condition, the yield of SCP would be reached 7. 39% by calculation and the result of verified experiment was 7. 24%. Studies onantioxidant activity of SCP indicated that the DPPH radicals scavenging activities was high, with IC50 2.4mg/mL. The O 2 radicals scavenging activities, the reducing power and the inhibiting activities of lard were as high as 30. 14% , 49% and 33. 83% respectively.
