Abstract
[Objective] In this paper, manufacturing techniques of tea polyphenols were studied by single factor test and response surface method. The total tea polyphenols and yield were the indexes. [ Method] The effects of ratio of concentrated solution and ethyl acetate, ethyl acetate extraction times and ratio of concentrated solution and phosphoric acid solution on the polyphenols content and yield were studied. The antioxidation activities of TP in vitro were investigated. [ Results] The results showed that the optimized manufacturing techniques of tea polyphenols were as follows: ratio of concentrated solution and ethyl acetate at 1 : 1. 60 (V/V) , ethyl acetate extraction twice and ratio of concentrated solution and phosphoric acid solution was at 1. 62 (V/V). The total tea polyphenols was 99. 32% using the optimized technology. The yield was 80. 96%. The IC50, value of tea polyphenols on DPPH? is 1. 10mg/mL. [ Conclusion] The manufacturing technique of tea polyphenols is an efficient method with high total tea polyphenols contend and yield.关键词
