摘要

Abstract

Ion exchange chromatography media DEAE-Sepharose Fast Flow and Gel filtration chromatography media Sephacryl S-300 HR were employed for purification and separation of pumpkin polysaccharides, the radical-scavenging activities and antioxidant activity of fraction P11、 P12、 P21 were determined. The results had shown that the pumpkin crude polysaccharides, P12 and P21 exhibited DPPH radical scavenging activity with 1C50 value 5.496 mg/mL, 8.908 mg/mL, 3.153mg/mL, respectively; pumpkin crude Polysaccharides, P11, P12 and P21 exhibited hydroxyl radical-scavenging activity with IC50 value 4.251 mg/mL, 1.191 mg/mL, 7.655 mg/mL, 5.221 mg/mL, respectively; the FRAP value of pumpkin crude Polysaccharides, P11, P12 and P21 were 0.182mmol/g、 0.062 mmol/g、 0.082 mmol/g、 0.400mmol/g, respectively.
