摘要
Abstract
Ferulic acid sugar esters showed noticeable biological activities, such as antioxidant activity, reducing blood sugar, and improving the micro environment in intestinal tract, which deserve further research. The distribution and structure of ferulic acid sugar esters were introduced in this paper. The preparation methods and nutritional values of ferulic acid sugar esters were presented. The application prospects in medicine, food, and cosmetics were analyzed.关键词
