RP-HPLC法测定桑叶中1-脱氧野尻霉素的含量
Determination of DNJ from Mulberry Leaves by RP-HPLC
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To determine DNJ from mulberry leaves by RP-HPLC with precolumn derivatization. Methods:The separation was performed on a Agela odyssil C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μa), with a mobile phase of acetoni-trile-0.1% acetic acid (40:60). The flow rate was l.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength were set at 254 nm with column temperature at 30 ℃. Results:The linear range of DNJ were from 1.158×l0-3~2.5 mg/mL(R2=0.9998) with recoveries of 100.9%. Conclusion:The method is simple, accurate and responsible for the determination of DNJ from mulberry leaves.关键词
