摘要

Abstract

Teachers' professional development has always been a hot topic in teacher education research, but the empirical study has sel- dom been addressed on rural middle school teachers' professional development. Choosing 400 Fuzhou rural middle school teachers and 13 head- masters of Jiangxi province as objectives, the author collected the related data through questionnaires, interviews and class observation, and then analyzed the difficuhies of rural middle school teachers' professional development. Based on this, from the perspectives of the teacher himself, school and society, the paper puts forward some countermeasures on how to improve rural middle school teachers' professional development efficiently, which is expected to light shed on the rural middle school teachers' professional development.
