摘要

Abstract

Under the trend of pursuing democracy and treasuring human rights in the world, the concept of equal educational opportunity is becoming an important topic in advanced countries. Besides respecting the individual's rights to education,non- discriminatory treatment and protection of it are being emphasized. Special education in China is paid great attention to due to the influence and promotion of this thinking. In recent years,the government and departments in charge of education gradually extends special education into pre - school education prac- tice.Based on relevant theoretical literature and empirical research, this article elaborates the basic connotation of preschool inclusive education, analyzes the difficulties it meets, and then puts forward strategies, hoping to provide reference for the implement of preschool inclusive edu- cation.
