摘要

Abstract

Instant powder of Asparagus is a new kind of solid beverage by extracting from Asparagus.The nutritional components in instant powder of Asparagus including protein, amino acid, total fat, total carbohydrate, vitamins, minerals,and total saponins were analyzed,and the effects on sleeping disorder was observed through test-meal in volunteers. Results showed that the content of protein, total fat, total carbohydrate was 24.5%, 3.0% ,44.4%. Aspartic,glutamic,proline accounted for the total amino acid content of were 32.9% ,25.0% and 10.5%.The content of total saponins was 15.2% (by Sarsasapogenin calculations).Six kinds of vitamin (Lactoflavin, thiamine and so on), and nine kinds of mineral elements ( Na, Ca, K, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu, Mn and Se) were detected too. Results of testmeal in volunteers implied that the instant powder of Asparagus had the function of sleep-improvement.
