1-MCP、1-PentCP和1-OCP对冷藏中苹果代谢和贮藏特性的影响
Effect of Treatment with 1-MCP, 1-PentCP or 1-OCP on Metabolism and Characteristics of ' Hanfu' Apple Fruits in Cold Storage

Abstract
Effects of treatment with 1-MCP(1-Methylcylopropene) or its structural analogues 1-PentCP ( 1-pen- tylcyclopropene) and 1-OCP(1-octylcyclopropene) on metabolism and characteristics of ' Hanfu' apple in cold stor- age was investigated. The results showed that treatment of 1-MCP or its structural analogue reduced ethylene produc- tion and respiration rate, delayed the respiration and ethylene peak for 30 days compared with those of untreated fruits. All the treatments helped to keep the fruit firmness and content of titratable acid, and delay the increase in Sol- uble Solids. Meanwhile, all the treatments delayed the decrease of the activity of superoxide dismutase and peroxi- dase, and maintained the activity of catalyses. However, the treatment of 1-MCP and its structural analogues had no obvious differences.关键词
