摘要

Abstract

Anyue county is one of the main producing areas of sweet potatoes in Sichuan province, and it has a long planting histo- ry. Zhou Li vermicelli in Anyue county has already obtained a national geographical indication and passed the Green Food Certification, and the sweet potato vermicelli processing industuy in Anyue country has broad development prospects. According to the investigation and re- search on the sweet potato vermicelli processing industry in Tianba villiage of Anyue county, we learned about the industy development status and the existing problems of sweet potato vermicelli processing industry in Anyue county, and on this basis, we put forward the countermeas- ures to promote the sustainable development of the sweet potato industry in Anyue county.
