Determination of 8 kinds of Glucocorticoids in Health Food by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 8 kinds of glucocorticosteroids in health food by HPLC. [Method] Samples were extracted with methanol under uhrasonication. The 8 kinds of glucocorticoid were separated on LUBEX Kro- masil C18 (250mm×4. 6mm, 5μm) by elution with acetonitrile and water 40: 60. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the detective wavelength was set at 241nm. [Result] The linear range was 0. 027---0. 441xg (r 〉 0. 999), and the recoveries were 96. 7% --100. 2% with the relative standard deviations of 0. 11%--1.71%. [Conclusion] The established method is simple feasible, accurate, reproducible and reliable to operate and suitable for the detection of 8 kinds of glucocorticoid in health food.关键词
