Study on Apoptosis in Pancreas Carcinoma Cells Induced by Solamum lyratum Polysaccharides
摘要
Abstract
Pancreas carcinoma cells were treated with various concertratoion of Solamum lyratum polysaccharides, Hoechst33258 dyeing was used to detect the apoptosis of pancreas carcinoma cells in various concentration of Solamum lyratum polysaccharides, and RT-PCR was used to detect the expression ofcaspase -3. Results showed that Solamum lyratum polysaccharides could inhibit the pancreas carcinoma prolif- eration by regulating apoptosis.关键词
