Abstract
The nutrition work in Taiwan was at higher level overall, reflecting in the standard dietitian team, and high specialization work, the protection of nutrition law, perfect organizational structure of dietitian, frequent and effective activities, and high recognition by people widely. The nutrition work included meal designing, education and guidance, supervising and management of meal supply in hospitals, schools, factores, government departments and organitions, and catering enterprises in Taiwan, which could give us a lot of revelation.关键词
