摘要

Abstract

As a basic mechanical characteristic, research of fruit creep properties is indispensable. A fractional Kelvin creep model based on fractional order derivative was established for apple and pear samples. Farther, the elastic module and Abel pot coefficient corresponding under different stress levels were estimated based on the experimental datas. The results show that the fractional Kelvin creep model could simulate the creep properties of fruit precisely for a long time with a few parameters.
