摘要

Abstract

Presents a series and parallel combination of hybrid solar-assisted heat pump drying system,the solar energy would be intervened to the drying process with direct or indirect way, and a set of small solar-assisted heat pump device was designed and manufactured. Then,two typical drying tests of fish and radish were done based on that drying apparatus. Finally, such specific and detailed analysis for the experiment results were conducted,the drying performance reached as well.
