摘要

Abstract

Chitosan, an important natural biopolymer, shows a good inhibition for bacteria and fungi and has potential using in controlling diseases of fruit and vegetable. Chitosan,as an elicitor of resistant reaction for fruit and vegetable, can rapidly stimulate defense responses of plant such as fruit and vegetable, which induce the synthesis of phytoalexin,pathogenesis-related(PR) proteins,protease inhibitors,lignin and callose. Moreover , chitosan, startups defensive system of plants such as fruit and vegetable, and effectively improve disease resistance of fruit and vegetable.
