Abstract
This paper analyzes the basic concept and the market demand of food machinery product quality. At the same time, it discusses the food machinery quality design and the influence towards product quality and cost during the designing period. It proposes the basic elements of food machinery products quality assurance including the basic method of quality assurance,the designers' basic quality,the designer's work ideas, and the quality control during the development process. The research has practical significance towards food machinery products quality assurance.关键词
