菊芋中菊粉提取工艺的研究
Study on Extraction Process of Inulin from Helianthus tuberosus
摘要
Abstract
Inulin of Helianthus tuberosus were extracted via microwave and hot water extraction method, respectively. The microwave extraction was testified the better method by using the single factor and orthogonal experiments and the optimization conditions were showed as follows: the ratio of solid to liquid 1:18, extracted time 6 minutes and microwave power 450 W. Under the optimum conditions, Inulin rate reached 12.2%.关键词
