Review on safety supervision of food supply chain
摘要
Abstract
On the basis of analyzing the relationship of food supply chain and food safety,the paper hackled and commented the research status and developments of safety supervision on food supply chain form the layers of government supervision institution system and market subject safety behavior. It involved six modules such as the law rules and regulations system and its efficiency,quality and safety standard system,traceable technology system,supplier safety behavior,producer safety behavior and consumer safety behavior.关键词
