我国保健食品监管制度的发展沿革及其分析
Development evolution and analysis of Chinese supervision system for health food

Abstract
Followed the time advancement,Chinese supervision system for health food has been constantly developed and improved from 1995,when Food Hygiene Law governs health food explicitly and Regulations for the Registration and Management of Health Food releases in 2005, until the implementation of Food Safety Law in 2009. Along with the transformation of our supervision system, China' s health food industry has undergone major fluctuations,showing the development trends of standardization. The development of Chinese supervision system for health food was discussed in this paper,especially the evolution of regulators and regulatory functions,the perfection of the policies and regulations,the reformation of declaratory functions and adjustment variation of approval numbers. Finally,two suggestions were put forward. The first was to further complete the standard's system. The second was to strengthen standardization for advertisement propaganda.关键词
