Abstract
Different bioactive peptides that exert significantly physiological functions may be released during processing and gastrointestinal digestion of dairy products. The methods of bioactive peptides generation .their species in dairy products and physiological functions were reviewed along with the commercial applications and safety aspects,which laid the foundation for the further development and utilization of bioactive peptides.关键词
